Mashael Isa Fairooz
Mashael Isa Fairooz is a seasoned investment banker with over 20 years of experience and a proven track record of closing several transactions in the MENA region. She founded JEO Capital Management in 2014, a boutique investment firm based out of the Kingdom of Bahrain. JEO specializes in providing transaction advisory, financial consultancy, and business development solutions, with a dedicated focus on investing in the education, healthcare, and technology sectors. Mashael currently serves as a director on the board of several companies across diversified sectors, including JEO and their portfolio companies. She has also co-founded the Dreams Society (Bahrain), a humanitarian initiative committed to fulfilling the dreams of children affected by terminal illness. She is a BA graduate from Hult International Business School in London and an MBA graduate from the University of Strathclyde. Mashael has also completed executive courses at Harvard Business School and London Business School. Additionally, Mashael is an investor on Beban, the Middle East's version of Shark Tank, a reality TV show where entrepreneurs pitch to investors for immediate investment offers and strategic business opportunities.
