Right now, I'm a mid-senior level graphic designer. I handle branding projects from start to finish and guide junior designers through the process, from brainstorming ideas to making sure they're done well. But sometimes, I find it hard to juggle my own work with helping junior designers because I run out of time or ideas. Plus, I've noticed that my way of doing things can be confusing for them. So, I want to get better at giving clear guidance without making them follow my messy process, so we can work together more smoothly.

I recently moved to Dubai from Florence, Italy, and I'm excited to connect with fellow creatives here. I've been to a couple of creative events and I love the diverse atmosphere and how easygoing everyone is. It's great to meet people who are happy to learn and inspire each other. I'm pretty sure I have a lot to share and bring to the table as well.

I have a very busy job, so I generally don't have a lot of free time. However, when I do, traveling is my number one priority. I love the discomfort of it and seeing how graphic design is applied in different countries, whether it's on the streets or store facades. By the way, I collect cool fonts from the places I visit! I also love exploring art galleries and discovering new artists, learning about their creative processes. Additionally, I enjoy going to concerts because I really love music and discovering new tunes all the time. For the past two years, I've been making playlists for every month, and many of them have gone viral. I love socializing and meeting new people, and I definitely enjoy finding myself in big crowds, chatting, exchanging ideas, and just socializing. The list goes on!
