I founded my psychology company Successful Minds with an aim to help anybody I meet. Over time though the obvious lack of Mens Mental Health help is steering me in this direction permanently. I care about people, but the stigma around men and the lack of support, im compelled to make a change.

I love meeting new people and learning from everyone i cone across. I would love to organise seminars/get togethers. I'm big on fitness and sport too so organising some events.

My free time is spent in meditation, reflection and listening to my inner dialogue. I like to be outdoors as often as possible.
