Dalya Hisham Tabari is a Palestinian business leader and strategist specializing in behavioral economics, consumer psychology, and neuro-marketing. Raised in Dubai, she has built an international career spanning global marketing, healthcare, governance, and social impact across the Middle East, Europe, and the United States.

Dalya earned an MBA from Imperial College London at the age of 21, becoming one of the youngest graduates in her program, alongside a BA (Hons) in Media & Communication from Goldsmiths, University of London. She began her career with Saatchi & Saatchi, working on international brands including Johnson & Johnson and British American Tobacco. Recognized early as a rising talent within the global network, she later joined the London office before relocating to New York as VP Director of Marketing, leading global strategy for the Lucky Strike brand.

Throughout her career, Dalya has applied principles of behavioral economics and consumer insight to understand how emotion, perception, and cognitive bias influence purchasing decisions and brand loyalty. Her expertise has enabled her to successfully navigate and lead across diverse industries — from global advertising and pharmaceuticals to education and destination development.

In 2003, Dalya joined IDS, one of the UAE’s leading pharmaceutical distribution companies, where she launched the consumer healthcare division and helped strengthen the company’s corporate governance and long-term growth strategy.

In 2013, she co-founded The Developing Child Centre (TDCC), a social enterprise focused on supporting the healthy mental, physical, and social development of children across the UAE and the wider region.

Today, she serves on the Board of Ayla Oasis — a landmark 4.3 million square meter waterfront lifestyle destination on the Red Sea featuring luxury residences, hospitality, retail, golf, and leisure experiences designed around sustainable living and community engagement.
