Leena is best known for co-founding Mumzworld.com in 2011, agroundbreaking platform dedicated to simplifying the parenting journey in theregion reaching 2.5 million mumz. Under her leadership, Mumzworld.comflourished, becoming a household name before being fully acquired by TamerGroup, a Saudi healthcare powerhouse. In 2024, Leena transitioned from her roleas CEO, marking a new chapter as she drives value at Key Capital.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Leena built a strongfoundation in investment banking in London, where she led equity transactionsfor TMT clients across diverse geographies.

A graduate of Cambridge University with a BA in ElectricalEngineering, Leena relocated to the region in 2009, and now splits her timebetween Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Her regional impact garnered widespreadrecognition, earning her a spot on Forbes Middle East’s list of top femaleentrepreneurs for four consecutive years, including the most recent Forbes 2023list. In 2023, she was also named one of the most powerful retail leaders by RetailME.

Leena is committed to advancing the entrepreneurialecosystem through her roles as a member of the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center(Sheraa) Board of Advisors, a mentor at the Win Fellowship, and a judge forEureka!, the Gulf region’s edition of Asia’s largest business modelcompetition.
