With being dubbed the "Sudanese rapper defying Afro-Arab taboos" by Rolling Stone, a shout out from SZA, and beginning 2024 with a nod from Bella Hadid for her song 'Calm Down' on social media, Nadine El Roubi's global presence continues to blossom.
Based in NYC, USA, Nadine El Roubi blends hip-hop and neo-soul to share her experiences as an Arab woman of the diaspora, with Sudanese, Egyptian, and Iranian heritage. Her music explores the intricacies of identity, with a focus on intersectional female empowerment and rap as revolution.
