Hessa AlJassmi is a chef, entrepreneur and storyteller whose work explores food through culture, memory and contemporary interpretation. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu and École Ducasse, she creates thoughtful culinary experiences rooted in storytelling and a strong sense of place.

For her current collaboration with Cherryhouse, Hessa developed a pastry collection inspired by Emirati craft, familiar flavours and locally sourced ingredients, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens.
