Yana Tarabeine is a self-taught chef and food artist, born in Syria and raised in Dubai, with a specialization in third culture cooking. Her culinary style focuses on ingredient-forward dishes inspired by the food she grew up with, blending her Syrian roots with contemporary techniques influenced by Dubai’s vibrant street food culture. The result is a thoughtful, laidback approach to dining that highlights seasonal, locally sourced produce.
