Maher Kaddoura is a multifaceted leader whose career spans management consulting, entrepreneurship, angel investing, social innovation, and global exploration. A former managing partner of Accenture-Middle East, Maher transitioned from corporate leadership to building and investing in regional professional services firms across sectors such as strategy consulting, systems integration, training, and financial services.
As a dedicated social change maker, Maher founded Al-Jude NGO in 1999 and launched impactful initiatives addressing road safety, youth leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship. His pioneering programs, including Hikmat Road Safety, MeshMosta7eel, and Newthink, have transformed lives and planted seeds of innovation in Jordan and the broader region.
A prolific public speaker and storyteller, Maher shares his insights through engaging digital content, inspiring audiences with his "Falafel Theory," which emphasizes achieving more with less for many. Recognized by King Abdullah II, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, the United Nations, and Ernst & Young, Maher’s influence extends globally.
As an adventurer and street photographer, Maher has explored over 60 countries, capturing the spirit of diverse cultures. From trekking to Everest Base Camp and the Arctic to exploring the jungles of Africa, he embodies a relentless curiosity for the world.
