Fadi Ghandour is the Executive Chairman of Wamda Group, a platform that invests, nurtures and builds entrepreneurship eco-systems across the Middle East and North Africa.

Fadi was also the co-founder of Aramex, one of the leading global logistics companies based in Dubai. Fadi spent the first 30 years of his work life as CEO of Aramex, building the company, to become one of the leading emerging market logistics companies, and making it the first company from the Arab world to be listed on Nasdaq.  

Passionate about impact and social entrepreneurship, Fadi founded and chairs Ruwwad for Development, a private-sector led community engagement and youth learning and education platform, across several countries in Jordan, Palestine and Lebanon.  

Ghandour sits on several boards including, Insider, one of the world’s leading enterprise software companies, Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, the advisory board of the Harvard Business School MENA, the advisory board National University of Dubai.

This series brings together regional visionaries, including disruptors and entrepreneurs, for a dialogue that bridges established and emerging voices in various fields. The session begins with "On Record," a 30-minute structured chat, followed by "Off Record," a 30-minute period for unfiltered questions from the audience and guests, free from the pressures of being recorded.
