A gathering of community and culture, where chefs from across the MENA region bring the flavors of their childhood Ramadan Iftar tables, uniting us in the shared tradition of breaking fast at sunset.

Dina Macki is a British Omani-Zanzibari Chef, Story Teller, F&B Consultant and Author of an award winning cookbook, Bahari - Recipes from an Omani Kitchen and Beyond. Her background in Fashion, Music, Tech and Politics transformed into a food career around 5 years ago in a bid to discover her identity through what she ate, little did she know that it would fuel a drive to dig deeper into the history of her culture and turn into her future where she now writes and develops recipes based off of her heritage and influence from growing up in the UK for international brands. She now also curates experiential dinners within fashion, sport and beauty as well as consulting for Oman Governments and 5 star hotels across the GCC.

As a food and travel writer, photographer, and experience designer, Leen Al Zaben has dedicated the last decade to a diverse range of endeavors. From creating food and travel content to developing cookbooks, advising in hospitality, and capturing moments through photography, Leen has cultivated a rich and varied portfolio. Driven by a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, Leen believes in the enduring impact of sensory, personal, and meaningful interactions. Specializing in using food as a medium for storytelling and cultural exchange, Leen endeavors to bring people together around the table and beyond, fostering lasting memories. In her role as the Academy Chair for The World's 50 Best Restaurants and MENA's 50 Best Restaurants, Leen is privileged to collaborate with some of the world's most renowned chefs, hospitality figures, journalists, and culinary advocates. Through this work, she helps showcase the finest culinary experiences globally while honoring the distinctive flavors and customs of diverse cultures.
