A gathering of community and culture, where chefs from across the MENA region bring the flavors of their childhood Ramadan Iftar tables, uniting us in the shared tradition of breaking fast at sunset.
Lynn Hazim is a Beirut-born, Dubai-based food enthusiast. In her spare time, she's either passionately eating, obsessively cooking or traveling the world for food. She shares it all on her Instagram @_nosoupforyou
She spent over 10 years working at Google in insights and strategy departments and is now leaving it all behind to open Middle Child, her own eatery, cookbook shop and gourmet grocer in AlSerkal.

As a food and travel writer, photographer, and experience designer, Leen Al Zaben has dedicated the last decade to a diverse range of endeavors. From creating food and travel content to developing cookbooks, advising in hospitality, and capturing moments through photography, Leen has cultivated a rich and varied portfolio. Driven by a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, Leen believes in the enduring impact of sensory, personal, and meaningful interactions. Specializing in using food as a medium for storytelling and cultural exchange, Leen endeavors to bring people together around the table and beyond, fostering lasting memories. In her role as the Academy Chair for The World's 50 Best Restaurants and MENA's 50 Best Restaurants, Leen is privileged to collaborate with some of the world's most renowned chefs, hospitality figures, journalists, and culinary advocates. Through this work, she helps showcase the finest culinary experiences globally while honoring the distinctive flavors and customs of diverse cultures.
