A gathering of community and culture, where chefs from across the MENA region bring the flavors of their childhood Ramadan Iftar tables, uniting us in the shared tradition of breaking fast at sunset.

Chef Muna Al Mansoori is the first internationally accredited Emirati chef, recognized for her achievements in the culinary world. She won first place in the UAE in the NAFES Award for outstanding achievements in the private sector. As a certified international coach and a government-appointed judge for cooking competitions, she plays a key role in shaping the industry.
She built her career from the ground up, starting from the lowest kitchen rank and working her way to the highest positions in prestigious international hotel companies. Chef Muna is also a television anchor, frequently appearing on Abu Dhabi TV and Al Sharjah Channel, and has built a strong presence on social media. As an ambassador of UAE cuisine, she represents Emirati culinary identity on the global stage and is an active member of the Emirates International Chefs Association.
For Chef Muna, a dish is more than just food—it is a fusion of cultures, where artistry, engineering, hospitality, and passion come together to create moments of joy around the table.

As a food and travel writer, photographer, and experience designer, Leen Al Zaben has dedicated the last decade to a diverse range of endeavors. From creating food and travel content to developing cookbooks, advising in hospitality, and capturing moments through photography, Leen has cultivated a rich and varied portfolio. Driven by a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, Leen believes in the enduring impact of sensory, personal, and meaningful interactions. Specializing in using food as a medium for storytelling and cultural exchange, Leen endeavors to bring people together around the table and beyond, fostering lasting memories. In her role as the Academy Chair for The World's 50 Best Restaurants and MENA's 50 Best Restaurants, Leen is privileged to collaborate with some of the world's most renowned chefs, hospitality figures, journalists, and culinary advocates. Through this work, she helps showcase the finest culinary experiences globally while honoring the distinctive flavors and customs of diverse cultures.
